No. The Basic plan works with your regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. You only need the WhatsApp Business API if you want automated messages, payment recovery, and broadcasts — an optional upgrade on the Business plan.
Made to Order is a special product type for businesses where every product is custom-built per customer — cake bakers, florists, clothing makers, jewellers, and portrait artists. Customers fill a detailed request form, upload reference images, and submit. You review, send a quote via WhatsApp, and they pay a deposit to confirm.
Yes. StoreLync supports EcoCash, ZimSwitch, bank transfers, cash on delivery, and custom QR/link payments on all plans. The Business plan adds international card payments via Stripe. We serve businesses in Zimbabwe and 180+ other countries.
None from us. StoreLync charges a flat monthly subscription only. You keep 100% of your sales. Your chosen payment processor charges their standard fees — but we add nothing on top.
