Receiving WhatsApp orders
When a customer checks out, StoreLync sends a clean order summary to your WhatsApp number — including items, options, customer details and delivery address.
From the dashboard you can:
- Mark the order as paid
- Update its fulfilment status
- Send the customer a payment link or invoice
